Fard Investments specializes in finding value added investment opportunities throughout the Greater Montreal region. The company believes in the long term growth of Quebec and Montreal and seeks to find properties in up and coming neighborhoods with long term values.
Renovation
Coordinated complex renovations for office space, apartments, retail stores and industrial space. We work with local designers, architects, and General Contractors to preserve the history and integrity of the properties as well as to provide modern systems and designs. We work closely with the Ville de Montreal to obtain necessary permits and grants.
Leasing
Fard has strong relationships with local brokers who have local market knowledge and contacts. We have been very supportive of local start ups and Quebec entrepreneurs.
Maintenance Team
In house team dedicated to deal with daily maintenance issues, cleaning, repairs, HVAC systems, snow removal, appliance repairs, plumbing and electrical.
